She was formerly a publisher in the FMCG world, including contract-publishing magazines on behalf of the NZIFST and Food Writers Guild. She re-launched SeaSpray magazine, the iconic marine lifestyle publication, and more recently added the world of aviation to her portfolio in her work with NZALPA.

Tanydd Jaquet is a social media strategy specialist. Currently, Tanydd is Social Media Manager at NewsCorp Australia, where she leads the strategic development for twenty mastheads across New South Wales for NewsLocal. Recently, she has won an innovation award at NewsCorp Australia for her contribution to a project focusing on community engagement on digital media.
Tanydd’s previous roles have also included leading the social media department for ACMN Marketing and Advertising, working Australia’s biggest entertainment events including WICKED the Musical, White Night Melbourne, and the Australian Museum. Her goal is to create strategies that build strong online communities through social media to inform, educate, entertain and engage.
